I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but enjoy a sweet thing occasionally with a coffee or tea. I have found that I can have a small square of 85% or above dark chocolate without any blood sugar repercussions. I am trying a bunch of different ones and hoping to develop a list over time of lovely chocolate choices. So far the only one I have really enjoyed was Lidl’s JD Gros’s 85% Dark Chocolate, which is smooth and not bitter and has 2.6g carbs a square.
If you have any suggestions, please post here. I can’t be the only one in search of pleasant treats
