OK, I made these today without any measurements. Just made them up as I went along.

Ingredients:
2 big spoons of coconut oil
2 big spoons of peanut butter
1 bar of 85% chocolate
Pecans (optional)
Sweetener (I use Natvia)

1. Using a ban marie (glass bowl over a pan of hot water) add all ingredients (except pecans) & allow to melt. Stir well until no lumps appear.
2. Arrange some paper bun cases in a bun tray & half fill each one with the melted concoction. Add a pecan to top off each one.
3. Allow to set in the fridge.

These are very rich, so I would only recommend one at a time.

Sounds so delicious and have all the ingredients! Got to go out now but back late tonight and will make them.

It's around 4g carb per bomb. 1 bar of 85% choc should make 7 or 8 bombs. They are very rich so you don't want them too big.
 
Think I will give it a miss, as I don't like peanut butter and coconut, though love peanuts can never work out my funny tastes like hate cheese but like cheese and onion crisps, another one of those things not to buy very often.
 
I don't like peanut butter either, but seems to work well with the chocolate. Just made some more tonight.
 
Roughly how much sweetener did you use?
 
Not a lot. about half a tablespoon.
