OK, I made these today without any measurements. Just made them up as I went along.
Ingredients:
2 big spoons of coconut oil
2 big spoons of peanut butter
1 bar of 85% chocolate
Pecans (optional)
Sweetener (I use Natvia)
1. Using a ban marie (glass bowl over a pan of hot water) add all ingredients (except pecans) & allow to melt. Stir well until no lumps appear.
2. Arrange some paper bun cases in a bun tray & half fill each one with the melted concoction. Add a pecan to top off each one.
3. Allow to set in the fridge.
These are very rich, so I would only recommend one at a time.
