i have been trying really hard to cut back lately as i have been struggling. today i have been given a large tin of quailty street and a big box of celebrations and a bottle of rose (which i dont drink) these are from parents who kids i look after whhich is lovely of them but i have told them loads of times i trynot to eat choc anymore.
i have broke into both tins and had 6 chocs altogeather but i know once the kids are in bed and hubby at work my hand will be slipping into the tins , it tasted sooooo good

Dump the lot in the freezer.
Just remember each sweet is anything between 3 and 4 carbs 😱
 
I know what you mean with the chocolates and wine as I also get bought them at the nursery I work at. I think everything in moderation but if I don't want to eat the chocolates I share them with my work collegues and save the wine for a girlie night.
