Just ate a chocolate bar advertised as "sugar free".
From what I have understood the mannitol they have put instead of sugar doesn't spike on insulin.

This chocolate is also labelled extra so it has more than 50% cocoa and has a really and interesting really good taste.
Anyone has experience on sugar free bitter chocolate ? Except the problem with calories I suppose that should be diabetes friendly...

Anyway BG afret 2 hours was 7,2 (or 130 mg/dl)

Still pretty high in carbs though I see and as @trophywench says I hope you don't suffer for it later, still I think I'll stick to the Lindt 90% x
 
Oh there's no chance whatsoever of me reading the nutritional info Kaylz. Far far too small.
 
lol as far as I can see its 44g carbs per 100g x
