I have found a dark chocolate in Tesco that has half the carbs as green and blacks and Lindt it is choco logic Belgian Dark chocolate with no added sugar, it tastes ok has anyone tried it?

It has polyols aka sugar alcohols - I swore never again after my first encounter with them.

A few too many polyols give you plenty of exercise , doing the loo dash not so fun run .

It only has 0.3g less carbs than Lindt 85% so it's not that much difference, it has more carbs than Lindt 90% or Lidl's 95% and the even bigger benefit of both of those is they don't contain polyols, also Lidl's one is a 125g bar and a penny cheaper xx

Dare I ask?
We humans cannot digest them, but the gut flora and fauna can - and they had a party - and when they digest they create gas as a by-product.
I looked pregnant and thought I might explode - which I did eventually, in a dire manner - but - never again.

I buy cacao nibs. They are pure cacao with nothing added. Just a teaspoon full mixed with a little cream is delicious and satisfying and the small amount is not too many carbs.

Where are they from?

Grapetree has them.
