Picked these up in Aldi today , 5 individually wrapped chocolate bars .20221214_212928.jpg20221214_212859.jpg

Nearly all large supermarkets do good quality dark chocolate, was away for couple of days this week & popped into Tesco & they were selling Lindt bars for £1.50.

The Moser Roth bars are very good. For those who can’t get hold of them, Tesco’s Intense Chocolate 85% Cocoa are equally good, marginally higher in carbs, and cheaper than Moser Roth at £1.10 per bar.

I was expecting to see more of your baking.
Maybe a traybake cut into bars dipped in chocolate?

Incidentally, a few years back, we bought a selection of high cocoa chocolate to do some red wine pairings.
They paired well but I forget which wines and chocolate paired the best. Perhaps we focused too much on the wine ... hic
