I've been so good for 7 weeks so today decided on a treat at the garden centre, Cup of tea and a huge dark double choc chip cookie 🙂

Reading before 6.5 reading an hour later 10.2, 2 hours later 6.6

Experiment complete and by god that cookie was awesome but wont do it again for another month or so 🙂
