Darling daughter paid for dinner tonight because she's not going to be around much on Mothers Day. So I chose Chinese and had Seafood Chow Mein for dinner. I just checked my BG and was expecting a horribly high number and it was only 7.5. Result!!!!:D
 
Hope your levels are good this morning Cat - Chinese has a reputation for late spikes 😱
