After having an Indian and swapping out so much of what I normally eat but still spiked loads! I’ve decided I’m not going to eat Indian food. It was never my favourite anyway.
Chinese on the other hand I love. Is there anything that’s even remotely ok?
I usually have.
Chicken balls.
Chips
Chicken chow mein
Crispy chilli chicken
Prawn crackers
Chicken satay skewers
Singapore rice.
So I wouldn’t have chips and the rice I think would have to be a tiny portion.
What about the rest? I’m under no illusion that it’s a takeaway so if it all got to go, then so be it. Thanks.
