It won’t be too many @mum2westiesGill but will probably be thickened with cornflour. Have a taste or a swirl to see how thick it is. I just add a bit extra onto my main meal carbs when I have a soup starter - somewhere between 5-15g depending on the soup. So mushroom will probably be at the lower end of that.
I find Chinese can keep me high for a while so I often split my bolus or top it up after the meal at 90-120 mins depending on how it’s going.
