it also equals easy to make and yummy!

oh - and also equals the best readings I've had!

pre meal - 5.3
1hr - 6.8
2hr - 7

oh - the recipe:

Lean minced beef
tinned chopped tomatoes
passata
about 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder per serving
if you like - a small chilli finely chopped
mushrooms, peppers, whataver...

brown the meat, add the tomatoes and passata and chuck in the chilli, and other veg simmer for, oooh , about 20 minutes, add a bit of water if you like it to be a bit more saucy, serve with cabbage instead of rice!

then supply the neighbours with gas masks..... 😛

My fave meal of all times love it also is good for me r.e levels, ty for the recipe never added peppers, good news about the level too.

I don't know how this thread passed me by!

Sounds like a brill idea with the cabbage. Especially the dark green kind with concomitant protein 'nibbles'.

Andy 🙂

If I have the cabbage they'll definitely need the gas masks, it's worse than dear old Metfartin. Sounds like a nice take on chilli though I'll try it, perhaps with something safer like courgettes.:D
