I found these in Waitrose the other week, low carb and tasty. I didn't bother testing until today, and had 3 crackers, two with Boursin and one with pate. Result, before: 5.6; two hours later: 5.7 🙂. Bear with me while I try to upload photo...

Each cracker is 4.32 carbs.

I find them exceedingly moreish 🙂
 
Sounds great. This is the kind of thing I'm looking for to give me some alternate ideas for lunch other then salad!
