Anyone know a good boneless, skinless chicken breast recipe? My sister and her boyfriend are coming over tomorrow and I want to make an amzing meal! I have fresh beans from my garden to go with it. Know I just need the chicken!!😛

What sort of beans? Anything else from your garden? No idea in what part of America you live, but we're getting more runner and french beans from our garden (southern half of England) each day, which I generally cut into pieces about 1cm long / just under 1/2 inch and steam for about 5 mins maximum. Plus, we're getting tomatoes and spring onions and chives, so cutting them up and sauting together makes a lovely sauce for the beans. We just add a small amount rice or potatoes or pasta, and don't bother with any meat 🙂
