i felt a bit odd after dinner and suddenly got the shakes and felt very cold.

So I tested, 4.2 mmol/L and 37.8degC.

So my wife asked, what came first the lowish blood glucose (implying it caused the temperature) or the temperature (causing the lowish reading).

I think the fever hit first, because I've read a few reports of people starting to hypo when they get ill (mine wasn't really a hypo).

But since she asked, I thought I would ask the question 🙂

Hope you feel better Mark. I got it the other way round, I had a couple of hypo probs a few weeks back, and went down with vertigo, are they linked, dont know, but had a really low reading after feeling shakey couple of days ago, and waiting to see if anything develops.

can't answer your question, but hope you feel better.

Thanks Caroline & slipper 🙂

I woke up this morning sans-fever so that was good. Although I need to go through my fridge as something in there keeps on upsetting my stomach :( Possibly it's the celery or the courgettes I chop up for a snack.
