For a type 2 would chia pudding be okay ?? I’m trying to widen my range of yum Yums . I was thinking steel cut oats but that would be to high in carbs for me to handle even though I miss eating porridge by a long shot with berries .
I’ve been having Greek yoghurt and berries which hits the spot . At the Moment I been trying to avoid wanting to cooks noosha branded brownies, I went to a friends place and they had brownies there I felt weird and the odd one because I know there brownies were the normal ones and I’m trying to be a good girl and avoid having one so I don’t have a spike in sugar
