Hi, I have received the following request:

Hi

I have been commissioned to do a piece of work for the NHS, in particular Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Trust.

As part of our work to implement the Equality Delivery System (EDS) we need to gather feedback from patients and community groups from different equality groups to develop our objectives and priorities.

Therefore we are looking to gather feedback from patients who use the Hospital and I wondered whether you would be able to let me know of any diabetic groups who would be interested in taking part in the project.
