Now they sound and look yummy!

I would love to make them...but marmite is used and I can't stand that stuff.

Oh yummy. What's the carb in each one please and do they freeze???? I might have trouble just eating one as I love Marmite. I bake for a local Country Market, but don't eat cake. Made so many over the years they leave me stone cold, but I do miss a cheese scone. It's just not worth the carbs......

Plain cheese, bag of mixed watercress, rocket and spinach blasted to look like pesto , sun-dried tomato without the oil, sage or thyme, will all add interest as well.

As always with your baking they look perfect, I could eat three right now....
.

They look very tasty.
Thank you from a marmite fan

I’m not a marmite fan, but definitely a cheese monster!
A friend of mine used to make cheese and branston pickle scones… I wonder if branston would work as an alternative
