I know you can check the volume your insulin pen gives by using the cover from a novo needle, but can anyone tell me if the same is true for BD needles? -and if so, how many units do you use and where does it come to in the cover?

Yes I think it's the same - at least I think I've tried it with BD and Novofine needles. If you squirt 20 units into the cover it should reach the top of the narrow bit. Sorry if I've got that wrong or I've mixed up what the different needle covers look like!

I have never heard of this before - I am going to have to try it.
