At risk of diabetes
I did have a very easy chart which showed me HbA1c levels before food and 2 hours later, for normal, prediabetic and diabetic people.
Unfortunately I can't find it on my phone and when I did a search a horrible web page kept appearing (I'm hoping it's gone now) so I'm a little nervous of doing a search. Would anyone be able to help me please?

You might find a table with suggested levels before and 2 hours after food but that would be for finger prick tests not an HbA1C as that is something quite different.
fasting and before meals 4-7mmol/l
2 hours post meal no more than 8mmol/l

HbA1C
normal below 42mmol/mol
at risk.prediabetic 42mmol/mol - 47mmol/mol
diabetic 48mmol/mol and over

Ah I see thank you. Do you have a link to a chart I can keep on my phone?
