Changing to Libre2 +

When my current Libre2 sensor ends in 10 days time I will be changing over to Libre2 plus sensors.

Will the app that I currently have on my phone for the Libre2 sensor work for Libre2 plus or will I need to download a new app?

My phone, by the way, is a Galaxy A12.

Yes everything will be working just the same, no new apps needed
