Some little while back I was elated at the first Annuals results with a Blood Sugar at just 42 and a very Good weight and Cholesterol result. The doctor agreed for me to consider one Metformin a day with evening meal. Its sorta put me in the mid to high 6.0's during a day with not too much exercise..

Is this Good, Goodish or do I go back to 2x 500Mg which seemed to keep me between 5.5 and 6.0?

Personally I would prefer between 5.5 and 6.0, both are good readings though, from memory I felt better at the lower levels.
