Not sure if anyone uses MyFitnessPal to help with carb counting and whether anybody has noticed this.
My carb counting has seemed a little bit off over the past days and I couldn’t put my finger on it. Then today I logged a lunch I have regularly and noticed the carbs seemed different.
I believe the app has made some changes where the fibre is taken off the individual item but possibly is added in the total, it’s really throwing me off! Has anyone else noticed is and more importantly is there a way of going back to the old way?
