Changes to MyFitnessPal

Not sure if anyone uses MyFitnessPal to help with carb counting and whether anybody has noticed this.

My carb counting has seemed a little bit off over the past days and I couldn’t put my finger on it. Then today I logged a lunch I have regularly and noticed the carbs seemed different.

I believe the app has made some changes where the fibre is taken off the individual item but possibly is added in the total, it’s really throwing me off! Has anyone else noticed is and more importantly is there a way of going back to the old way?
 
I sometimes use MyFitnessPal when I’m trying to put on weight @Evergreen but I only use the calorie and macros parts not the carb counts. Could you contact them and ask? Have you checked your Settings haven’t been messed with?

Yes checked the settings and nothing has changed. Online it suggests that in the US you have a choice whether you want fibre taken off carbs or not, but here that doesn’t seem an option.

I’ve contacted to see if there’s anything I can do to revert to old settings but we will see what they say! Just don’t want others to be caught out like me 🙂
