Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
A few months ago I had to go 'free from' wheat, lactose, onion, garlic, fruit with stones... This change happened, literally, overnight. It caused my diabetes to go into a tail spin 😱 and my ratios halved.
I'm now back onto a 'normal' diet. I thought, ' Aha! That means I'm going to need more insulin again'.
Wrong o_O Hypos started appearing in lots of strange places.
I need less insulin again.🙄
I know diabetes is not logical, but this is crazy.

Weird! And you can't even blame your pancreas!

I am running out of words to describe diabetes...
curious, eccentric, mysterious, outlandish, peculiar , strange, oddball, singular, far-out, flaky, weird, bizarre, offbeat, unusual, off the wall, way out, aberrant, idiosyncratic, irregular, unaccountable...

You missed out stupid.😉

Keep 'em coming :D

Frustrating...

That ***** (insert appropriate word of choice) DF causes lots of grief. Just unhypoing only two hours after lunch - didn't have a problem yesterday... same lunch, exercise etc 🙄
