I just wanted to share my news with people who would really understand the significance of my latest review. I have had my review today and in just over a year I have reduced my blood sugar from a whopping 93 to my target of 50!!!! If I continue to keep it under such control in the next three months, at my next review I can discuss reducing the medication.
Now how best to celebrate!

Excellent! 🙂 Well done! 🙂 I wouldn't advise treacle sponge and custard as a celebration meal though - you might reward yourself with a chocolate eclair! 🙂 Keep up the great work! 🙂

Wow!! Well done. How about some green and blacks dark chocolate? Lovely stuff.

That's wonderful news Poppy! As you say, it's great to share good news with folks who really understand. My recent celebration following a reduced HbA1C was a segment of Toblerone ..... from a big bar. Each to their own.

Fabulous news, well done Poppy. 🙂

Well done poppy
