Cause of type 2 diabetes

The thumbnail gives the unfortunate impression that diabetic persons have three hands!
I am reminded of the truism that "Correlation is not Causation" (necessarily).
At least the author is not overtly selling some Wonder Cure.
 
Hmmm in my particular case when I had a high carb / low fat diet, my HbA1c was nearly in three figures. Now I have a low carb / higher fat diet, my HbA1c is in the 30's.

I know which one I'm going to stick to 🙂

To be fair to the video, my diet now is not HIGH fat. It's just 'normal' fat consumption, if there is such a thing.
