Hi bakebeans, How did you get on?
I have tried it previously (for a diet) but found it a real pain to make as you really had to get every last bit of moisture out of it and didnt have enough structure to load up with toppings. If I was going to do it again I would buy a press.
Something a little more useful, if your having a curry, grated caulifower as a rice substitute! (cooked al-dente to firm), fair warning if you over cook (soft) or get it wet it's horrible!

That's a novelty, what was it like, did you make it yourself or buy it somewhere?

It was ok, I made the mistake of putting tomatoes on it so it went a big soggy as it cooked but i will try it again.

I find half a portion of boil in the bag wholewheat pasta doesn’t affect me to badly so I’m quite lucky
