Last nights dinner, cauliflower pizza base, with pepperoni, cabanossi, capsicum, mushrooms and onions. my BG was 5.6 before meal and 5.6 two hours after the meal
so a successful result and it was yummy
base made from 1 bowl of cauliflower, handful of mozzarella cheese, sprinkle parmesan, and one egg, rolled out flat baked for 20 mins, then add sauce cheese and toppings

Need to try this!

This was the first pizza base I tried. Works well, but I did find I needed a knife & fork as it fell apart when picked up. Is yours any stronger?

Sorry - I eat all pizzas with a knife and fork where available, not find of getting 'boiling' molten cheese or dripping tomato on any part of me or my apparel!

(I'm not paranoid about cutlery - unlike a lady I knew who peeled cooked prawns with a knife and fork!)

I tried this base once, I found it didn't really hold together, you must have better pizza making skills than me. I always use the fathead pizza base now, it is a lot stronger, and very nice!
