Cauli Mash

Is there a search bar to find the recipe for Cauli Mash? if not, without having to trawl through the threads, can someone give me the recipe? i want to make it tonight 🙂

I think it works better when I use the steamer rather than putting the cauli into the water. Cook it with as little fluid as possible, drain well and mash it with whatever you want, someone suggested a little yoghurt which is really nice. I tried it with frozen but, despite my best efforts, I ended up with mush instead of mash. I season mine at the end.
