Does anyone know if you can carry lancing devices in cabin holds? And no, not planning to carry checked luggage. Thanks

Yes its well below the sharps size limit allowed

Of course you can. Thankfully ,people treating their diabetes with insulin do not stop testing their BG when flying. .Airport security are uninterested in sharps shorter than 5cm..

though I do always tell them I'm diabetic and there may be sharp things in there if they look like they're about to dive in and rummage (same with security staff anywhere else)
