Type 2
Chop a handful of carrots and one onion, add a couple of handfuls of red lentils add half a crumbled veg stock cube and approx just under a pint of water and boil till carrots and onion tender (you may need to add more water if too thick).

Blend till smooth.


Looking at the recipes on here, I obviously need to get a blood monitor now!
