There is an app for the diabetes.co.uk forum not this one.
That is a forum managed by a business called Diabetes Digital Media.
This forum is for the charity Diabetes UK.
 
There isn’t a specific app for mobile devices to browse and post on the forum, but the pages are optimised for various screen sizes with different stylesheets and a ‘responsive’ design, so you can view the forum using the web browser on your smartphone or tablet.

If you’d like a quick link icon on your device’s home screen, you can most likely add a bookmark to your homescreen, so that you can jump straight here 🙂
