A care home nurse has been given a 12-month caution order for administering insulin to a patient who had already been dosed.
David Dickinson, who worked as a nurse at Lewin House, Aylesbury, was reprimanded at a Nursing and Midwifery Council hearing last week relating to an incident from August 2010.
