Hello all. My name is Ash and I've been a Type 1 diabetic for about about 30 years now. I've recently moved to Cardiff and I wanted to see if there were any other adult T1Ds in the area who might want to join me in setting up a social group for meet ups and chats with others who might understand the joys and tribulations of living with the condition 🙂
