I can't seem to keep within 150g of carbs a day, today I've gone over by 56g. Even though I've been T3 for about 9 years, this is really the first time I'm trying to eat better and exercise. I struggle with feeling hungry especially after teatime. I don't think I had enough to eat for tea - half a jacket potato and some stirfry. Any ideas of good things to snack on thst will fill me up?

Scrambled eggs, coked until almost done, add in grated cheese after turning off the heat, stir, drop finely sliced tomato on top and cover with a plate, wait half a minute for the warmth to finish the cooking and warm the tomato.
Carbs will never keep you feeling well nourished for any length of time, they are simply not up to it.
