I'm confused. Googled carbs in kale, and result was 9g per 100g (A US site, but that is NET) but Sainsbury's site states 1.4g per 100g. Is kale in the states different to ours?
Interesting! I would be inclined to believe Sainsbury's. 9% sounds an awful lot for a green leafy veg, it's more than carrots, which actually taste sweet.I'm confused. The fibre in it should slow it all down, anyway!I'm edging my bets on the lower figure too.
