I've just found this downloadable book on the Diabetes UK website - it's really useful to help to understand carb counting etc. It takes a while to download, but it's worth it in my opinion.
 
I saw that recently - yes, I think it looks pretty good too!
 
This is excellent. Very clear writing! I wonder if it might get missed in this section of the site? Will ask Alan
