Im being careful about what i eat and carb/cal count with every meal, dont snack at all Im losing around 1-2 pounds a week My queation is this What amountof carbs /cals should i aim for to maintain my current BG levels and weight loss Any help/advice welcome

Good evening @gail2 calories wise, this seems to be very low, especially if you're not snacking. I do wonder if you could afford to increase your calories a little? How much weight would you like to lose? A low-calorie diet is usually considered between 800-1200kcals per day.
