Hi,

Just bought my copy of the Carbs & Cals visual guide to carb counting, which i think is fantastic! As far as i can see no maths needed, just match your portion size to the photo in the book. I'm considering also getting the Carbs & Cals visual pocket size guide to keep in my handbag.

I've been wondering what anyone thinks of the Carbs and Cals book as opposed to the Collins Gem Carb Counter?

Hi, i have the Carbs and Cals visual guide and i love it. I did not know you could get it in pocket size though. Would love one to keep in my handbag. Do you know where i could get the pocket size please, my local book shop only sells the larger size.

Hi Casey,

Northerner just beat me to the reply, i was going to say exactly the same & put the link on. Good luck in purchasing your http://www.carbsandcals.com/

Just realised that i put the link directly to the Carbs & Cals website & Northerner gave you the link straight to Amazon - same thing though really 🙂
