Thats very kind of them, that will help a lot of people for sure........

Have you seen the Christmas pud, weighing in at 106g carbs per portion? 😱 That's nearly a pizza's worth!

That's very good of them and it's looks very usefull. It says they will be updating the android app next week(?) but no mention of iPhone?

Just to point out - if you have 'ibooks' you can open and save the PDF to that - then you won't need to wait for update. At least it worked for me😱

What would we do without 'carbs and cals'? Must have when eating away from home🙂

Thanks Northerner

Ahh thats nice of them, just looking at the starter well the alternative one that sounds like a idea for me mackeral is not that expensive either ..

p.s never realised the skin on the turkey had such a diffirence with figures

p.p.s I could never stop at 3 sprouts :D

You can have my sprouts Steff, I will have collie.

If I have the christmas pud, and the cheese and biscuits, thats it for me😱

I know, flipping mint spies are bad enough! - nearer 40g than 30g.

Takes all the pleasure out of eating it.

Which suits me really, shrug.

Sob sob sob sob sob sob

Can anyone actually eat almost 1/2lb of xmas pud after 1st course? 😱

My Brother In Law could Sue, and I think my OH would give it a go so as not be outdone! B-I-L has 'hollow legs' as my Gran used to say😱

Actually looking at it closely it's not much use to us as the portions are way to big for K and also there isn't a veggie option , but as we will be at home for all our Xmas meals it doesnt matter - the scales will come out.

Still it was the thought that counted:D

Yes, but you have it ONCE a year! go for it!!

There are few carbs in wine, but it doesn't stop my BGs going through the roof then plummeting - some things have to be tolerated infrequently!

Merry Christmas x!

MM, perhaps if you emailed them they could add some veggie options 🙂 Ask that they make portion sizes smaller for children as well.

Carol isn't going to eat any of that, but I saved it anyway 😉

Handy reference, though I'm not sure how useful it will be for me as my aunt (who's cooking dinner this year) often has wild notions when making Christmas dinner.

Not a traditional dinner then? 😱
