I've got the both the large & the pocket versions but just wondering who else has got this book and whether you've got the large or pocket version or both like me.

I've got the large version, I do find it very helpful. 🙂

i did have both but now just have the large one as i gave the small one away.... invaluable book in my opinion

I have the large one and the iPhone app for when I'm out and about. Indispensable!

cant wait for my contract to renew so i can get an i phone...... 🙂

I bought the smaller version for taking out and about with me and later bought the larger version for use in the kitchen. I'm still not carb counting steadfastly but it gives me indications of weights and carbs to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Both! One at home at the other for William to keep in his little tote bag that he uses for all his diabetes clobber.

Ive got the large book and having ditched the Blackberry and switched to a Samsung smart phone I downloaded the app at the weekend. Can't wait to try out the bar code reader....The app provides more info than the book I have as it also includes fat content which is something I should be counting.

Pocket version for me, comes in handy for some things that I don't normally eat, or things that are loose and need to be weighed....

we have the large book - but to be honest they need update it - do they need a whole page for most of the foods! we have used that my fitnesspal site that someone previously advised- it was useful when we were on hols recently

We have the large version 2 Carbs & Cals& Protein& Fat

We also have the iPod/Pad version

Thanks all for your replies.

How do you cope with the small version? After using the large version with 6 portion sizes of food on each page i just can't get used to only 2 portion sizes. How do you use the book when out and about and only 2 portion sizes to go from?
