Since going on victoza I don't have much appetite a lot of the time. I am finding if I keep my total daily carbs around 30g my bs are good. However I am struggling to eat enough calories and probably need to intake another 500 calories per day to meet 1200.
Any ideas how I can increase calories but not carbs healthily even though little appetite. Obviously has to have a low sugar content too. I hope this makes sense.
