I want to join in with the Fajita's tomorrow but my stupid carb counting book hasn't arrived. I've googled for some online pages but can't find any that give much choice and was wondering if you guys had found any?

The BDEC site has a fairly good resource that you can access. You have to register, but it's free, and it's actually quite a good way to learn carb counting!

Otherwise, I find googling the food name + carbohydrate can often give you a rough estimate, and if you're using stuff from a packet you can usually get information off the back of it.

Hope this helps! 🙂
