I found these recipe ideas in my newspaper at the weekend
www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2010/nov/13/recipes
Would anyone of our resident carb counting experts like to hazard a guess at the values for these foodstuffs? :confused: The banana bread looks particularly appetising but I cannot find any guidelines from anything similar in the carb counting resources that I have. 😎

yum yum all look tasty, I'd weigh them after cooking and take an average guess!!😉

I would do everything before cooking, that way its just a case of dividing up the delightful treats into even portions....

My guesses are;

Bannana Worm Bread - Whole Bread - 410 grams of Carbohydrate

Cricket Fried Rice - 300 grams of Carbohydrate

Chocolate Dipped Candied Ginger Crickets - 15 grams of Carbohydrate

I'm struggling whether to move this thread to the food/carb counting, off the subject or the jokes section. Either that or just leave it here.

I think the latter one wins! 🙂

i was watching this with graham and his reaction was "ooohhhhh cockroaches i am going to vomit "" what the others thinks?yuk
