Looks good I've been considering getting a little portable bible, has anyone got any other recommendations??
 
Got mine today and it looks cool. I might just use the normal kitchen scales with this book and forget about the Nutriscales we got from Lloyds. The book is easily more comprehensive than the Nutriscales and has loads more foods in there. 🙂

For the impact it can make on our carb counting, its size and amazing cost I think we ought to be able to get this book on prescription! :D
