Cant get my bloods down

On sat I had the mother of all headaches due to high sugar levels. I have neither ate or drank anything sugary since yet the stupid monitor still tells me its over 19!

I hate this f****** disease. Id rather have my leg chopped off I really would 😡

Hi there bob nice to see you posting again but sorry to hear your having a bad time of it, have you been feeling unwell at all or feel like you may be coming down with the flu for example, sometimes what we eat or drink is not the reason for high levels it may be stress or illness as well??

Yes well it wont be helping but i know where your coming from usually a headache in my case is because ive got something on my mind worrying and stressing me out.Have you had any visits to the doctors lately i cant remember if your on any medication?
