Cannula sites

having just put a new cannula in and found another ‘ouchy’ place on my stomach, added to finding the backside rather sensitive, I am wondering about using upper legs.

Has anyone else done this and what impact does it have on Basal and Bolus delivery?

I know several people who love thigh sites. I’ve only used them rarely and found them a bit ‘stabby’ if I’m honest.

I used thighs a fair bit in MDI, but I’ve not taken to it when pumping.

Only ever used abdomen. Anywhere else such as thighs looks like too much of a faff with the tubing. Like Mike I used thighs and arms (and very occasionally backside on injections) but with cannula changes only every 3 days then I'm not going to meddle with the middle.
