Candesartan not working?

Went back to GP today to check things, BP was 188/104..😳

Doc has now added 5mg Amlodipine to my 32mg Candesartan

I had another call from pharmacist last week too, to check up on me.
I thought this was really nice until.....

I said my morning reading was 192/94........She said "That's absolutely fine"

It is amazing how many different blood pressure medications there are and what combination of things and doses people find are needed.
I take 5mg amlodipine and 2mg candesartan but my other half takes Losartan and felodopine and bisoprolol.
As they all work in slightly different ways sometimes a mixture is needed but it does seem to be a bit of trial and error as to what might work.
