Pretty sure stress is one of the factors that can cause elevated blood glucose.
What diabetes management strategy are you following?
Is there anything that people can help you with at the moment.

Stress is one of many things that can cause the blood glucose rise.

Yes stress, excitement, anxiety, illness or injury can all release stress hormones which can lead to an increase in glucose levels.

However different people seem to have different sensitivities to the effect, with some seeing a dramatic response, while for others it’s barely noticeable.
