I don’t want to sound daft but I don’t know what to do or think.
On Friday I had a bit of an accident. I had to go down a few steps and for some reason a lad barged passed and sent me flying, it was a bit like going through the air a little bit and then hitting the concrete floor.
I managed to use my hands to stop my face hitting the floor but my legs and knees took the full force.
No one helped me and I had to get myself up and I felt emotional and I cried when I was going home.
I’ve taken skin off my left knee and there’s a huge scab forming, my whole knee and leg is sore and also my right leg a little and my arm. I also am finding in bed having my quilt on me is even sore.
I tried to get in at the GP but they fobbed me off.
I feel emotional over it still and still to an extent feel like I’m in shock and my BG is raised since. Could it be related?
