I am floating between 2 homes at work today, already been to one which is a slow 15min walk from home, on my way back to my home i started walking as normal but half way back i got a niggling pain under my right ribcage ( liver area) really bugging me now it's not continious pain.....dunno if it's stitch or something else.
Has anyone experienced this at all?
Is it a diabetic symptom?
Just got another 15min walk to other home now...have just taken some pain killers in hope it goes away.
Looks like a trip 2 GP tomorrow me thinks:(

Hope your are feeling better now. Let us know how you get on at the drs!

Hi,
I would say that the odd pain probably isnt anything to worry about - but if it persists then yes see the doc! Do you suffer with gallstones? I think that is where the gall bladder is isnt it? But the pain with gallstones is horrendous - and i think you would know if you had them! Its probably a stitch or something simple like that. Hope the pain goes away soon. Let us know how you get on at the docs. 🙂Bev

Hi sweetsatin,

Hope you are feeling better.

It can be really easy to think all things, aches, pains and ailements may relate to our diabetes and its important to not write everything off as that! From the description you give it really could be a number of things, and also nothing, so I guess if the symptoms persist or you feel worse then go to your GPs. Really hope its nothing and you feel much better soon!

Lots of love x

I hope you are feeling better. Sounds like a stitch, but see how you get on. Anything you are worried about is worth seeing the doctor with, or the practice nurse.

Thank you for your replies...I have been to docs today felt such an idiot, while waiting to see my doc i remembered i was wall papering last week, doing a lot of stretching. I have pulled a stomach muscle doc said all was ok but ticked me off for decorating & carrying shopping :( oooops...long story...
